Monthly Fees
- Madrassah Uthmaan bin Affaan runs on a minimal monthly fee of Rs.300 per student, charged solely for clearing costs and expenses incurred during the teaching and administrative process. The fee is charged for the Madrassah as a whole, and not per subject.
- Any voluntary contribution will be most welcomed and of great help for the Madrassah’s operation, evolution and improvement.
Payment Method
- Payment of the monthly fees must be made at the end of each month, and can be extended at latest up to the 5th of the following month. All balance that has not yet been cleared by latest the 5th following the due month, will be added in the student’s account as an arrear.
- Payment of the fees is to be made only via MCB Juice App, online banking or bank transfer. Being an online entity, we don’t accept cash in hand.
- Following the Fees deadline, the management will send an acknowledgement email for all amount received.
- The Account Number is communicated only after being successfully registered.
Payment Remarks
When you receive your successful registration email, you will find a remarks format that should be followed when making payments. It is mandatory to use that format, in order for the fees department to correctly record the amount received.
The Fees Department is not accountable in case of any wrong entries or any payment omission in the books, if the payee has not respected the given remarks format. Solely the payee will be liable for any recording mistake, if the format is not respected.
Remarks Format:
INDEX+(first 3 letters of the month).
For example, if the payee is paying for the month of August, the format will be as follows: INDEXAUG
